We will happily accept returned merchandise for a full refund with the following conditions:
- The Item was not personalized (we will happily refund or replace damaged or defective personalized items).
- The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Each item being returned is in its original packaging and condition, and is accompanied by the original order number.
When we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your return promptly. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and it can take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on some banks’ credit card statements.
